Refund policy

At House Of Professionals®, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions and a details. 

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–15 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via store credit which can be used on the website within 12 months.

4. Exchange Policy

  • We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

Please Note:

  • Double exchanges are not permitted.
    If you still wish to proceed with a second exchange, an exchange fee of ₹250 will apply.

5. Reverse Pickup Conditions

  • Reverse pickups are subject to courier service availability in your PIN code.
  • In case your PIN code is non-serviceable, you will be required to self-courier the product(s) to us.
  • We will reimburse shipping charges up to ₹250, provided a valid courier receipt is shared.

6. Incorrect Return Liability

  • Please ensure the correct item is handed over at the time of return or exchange.
  • We are not liable for any incorrect product handed over during pickup.
  • In such cases, additional shipping charges (both reverse and forward) will be applicable to retrieve the correct item and return the wrong one.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us immediately at business@thehouseofprofessionals.com with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.


8. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • For approved returns, a prepaid return label may be issued in specific cases.
