At House Of Professionals®, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–15 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via store credit which can be used on the website within 12 months.
4. Exchange Policy
- We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

Double exchanges are not permitted.
If you still wish to proceed with a second exchange, an exchange fee of ₹250 will apply.
5. Reverse Pickup Conditions
- Reverse pickups are subject to courier service availability in your PIN code.
- In case your PIN code is non-serviceable, you will be required to self-courier the product(s) to us.
- We will reimburse shipping charges up to ₹250, provided a valid courier receipt is shared.
6. Incorrect Return Liability
- Please ensure the correct item is handed over at the time of return or exchange.
- We are not liable for any incorrect product handed over during pickup.
- In such cases, additional shipping charges (both reverse and forward) will be applicable to retrieve the correct item and return the wrong one.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us immediately at business@thehouseofprofessionals.com with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
8. Shipping Costs for Returns
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- For approved returns, a prepaid return label may be issued in specific cases.
